Privacy Policy

1. Who this notice covers

Laneo is an independently operated service for contractor enquiry and quote follow-through. This notice covers this website, discovery bookings and messages you send to Laneo. For privacy questions, contact vibekb.1234@gmail.com. It does not describe all processing inside a contractor’s installed system; that requires a separate agreement and client-specific configuration.

2. Information involved

When you book, the booking provider collects the name, email address, appointment details and any answers requested by the booking form. Laneo receives information needed to arrange and conduct your review. If you email Laneo, your address, message and attachments are included. Please do not submit customer records, sensitive information or confidential project files for a discovery call.

3. How information is used

Information is used to answer your enquiry, arrange or reschedule a meeting, send relevant meeting details, understand your requested service and keep necessary business correspondence. Booking a review is not an agreement to unrelated marketing. A service purchase and any further use of client data are addressed separately.

4. Booking and other providers

The calendar loads when you choose to open it. Calendly handles the embedded scheduling experience under its privacy notice. Email and meeting services help deliver correspondence and meeting invitations. The website’s hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs for delivery, security and operation. Providers may process information outside your country under their own applicable practices. Technology logos on the website explain possible system roles; their presence alone does not send your booking details to those tools.

5. Cookies, preferences and tracking

The site stores your motion preference in your browser’s local storage. This helps remember whether you prefer animations on or off. Loading Calendly may introduce its own cookies or similar technologies; use the controls it provides where available. Optional Meta measurement is off until you allow tracking. Your advertising privacy choice is also stored in this browser; see Optional advertising measurement below.

6. Retention and protection

Booking details and correspondence are kept as needed to handle your enquiry, provide an agreed service and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Provider records follow those providers’ retention arrangements. Laneo aims to limit access and collection to what is needed. No online system can promise absolute security; avoid sending sensitive files through the discovery booking form.

7. Your choices and requests

You can contact Laneo to request access to, correction of or deletion of information held about you, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and the circumstances. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate recordkeeping obligations. Laneo may need to verify a request before acting on it. For information held independently by Calendly or another provider, you may also need to contact that provider.

8. Updates

This notice may change when the website, providers or information practices change. The date above identifies this version. Significant new purposes or tracking should be explained at the point where a choice is needed.

Optional advertising measurement

If you choose Allow tracking, this website loads the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and completed Calendly bookings using a Schedule event. Meta may receive your IP address, browser and device information, page URL and advertising cookie identifiers. We do not include booking names, email addresses, phone numbers or customer records in these event parameters. Meta handles information under its Privacy Policy.

Declining does not prevent booking. Use Privacy choices in the footer to withdraw permission for future events. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawal does not remove data already received by Meta; existing browser cookies and the booking provider have their own settings.
