Guarded follow-up checks the live project state, replies, opt-outs, holds and current quote version before an eligible send. Uncertain status is routed for human review. Configured workflows can be paused.
We review your tools first. Coexistence may require staff to update status manually; an automatic connection to Jobber, Buildertrend, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan is not included by default. Custom integrations need separate scoping.
The standard installation is USD $1,200–$2,000 with no mandatory retainer. Your client-owned platform subscriptions, sending and usage costs are separate. The exact setup and scope are confirmed before you commit.
