1. Using this website
These terms cover browsing the Laneo website and using its discovery booking links. Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit harmful content. If you do not accept these terms, discontinue use of the site.
2. What the website explains
Laneo describes a contractor-owned system for enquiry capture, estimate and quote handoffs, guarded follow-up and recorded outcomes. It manages the process around construction quotes; it does not calculate construction prices. Your team retains scope, pricing, approvals and commercial decisions. Descriptions are subject to agreed scoping, configuration, testing and approved activation.
3. Illustrations and expectations
Photos may be AI-generated illustrative scenes. Example interfaces, recovery lists and project scenarios are demonstrations, not live customer records, testimonials or proof of results. The site does not promise a specific number of leads, bookings, signed jobs or revenue. Enquiry capture supports demand; it does not itself supply traffic.
4. Discovery reviews and service agreements
Booking a discovery review arranges a conversation; it does not purchase an installation or create a commitment to buy. Any paid engagement requires a separate written agreement covering scope, responsibilities, charges, delivery and applicable service terms. That agreement governs the engagement if it differs from this website. Do not send customer records or confidential files for a discovery review.

Laneo aims to keep the website accurate and usable, but information may change and access can be interrupted. Confirm material service details before making a purchase or relying on a specific integration. Website content is general service information, not legal, financial or construction-pricing advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
