PILOT BUILD

Partially implemented · controlled pilot preparation

●  Mortgage brokers — Content & Acquisition

Stay visible until
they’re ready to talk.

A content and acquisition pilot for mortgage brokers: market signals are checked daily, drafts become broker-approved posts, and engaged readers route into follow-up. Partially implemented — being prepared for a controlled pilot, not a finished product.

WHAT THIS COULD CHANGE IN AN ILLUSTRATIVE MONTH

Illustrative model — not a measured client result.

2

Deals closed and funded — illustrative scenario.

US$4,000

Total commission — 2 deals at US$2,000 each.

9h

Content-prep time — estimated manual effort potentially removed in the month.

MANUAL VISIBILITY

  1. Deal funds
  2. Broker goes quiet
  3. Posts when there’s spare time
  4. Market moves, broker says nothing
  5. Engagement routed nowhere
  6. Next deal — luck or last referral

WITH THE PILOT

  1. Signals checked daily
  2. Broker approves the exact copy
  3. Steady publishing rhythm
  4. Readers captured & routed
  5. Broker-owned follow-up

WHAT 9 HOURS REPRESENTS

At an assumed US$40/hour, roughly US$360 of modelled labour capacity. Actual cash savings: not measured.

01 — THE OPERATING PROBLEM

Invisible between deals.

A broker can fund great mortgages and still starve between referrals. The failure is rarely competence — it is that nobody hears from the broker for months, so when a mortgage need appears, someone else gets the call. Content happens when there’s spare time, which means it mostly doesn’t happen, and engaged readers have nowhere to go.

  • Posts go out sporadically — then silence for weeks
  • Past clients forget the broker before they need one again
  • Market moments pass with no broker voice attached
  • Engaged readers never route anywhere — likes, then nothing
  • The next deal depends on luck and whoever referred last
  • Writing every post by hand doesn’t survive a busy month
02 — THE OLD PROCESS

How it typically runs today.

DEAL FUNDS ↓ broker goes quiet POSTS WHEN THERE’S SPARE TIME ↓ then silence for weeks MARKET MOVES, BROKER SAYS NOTHING ↓ readers engage with nobody SOMEONE LIKES A POST (maybe) ↓ routed nowhere NEXT DEAL — luck, or whoever referred last
03 — SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

Signals in. Broker-approved posts out. Readers routed.

Mortgage Content & Acquisition is a pilot-stage pipeline: a daily check turns market signals into draft posts, the broker approves the exact copy, publishing stays consistent, and engagement routes into HighLevel follow-up — so attention becomes conversation.

MARKET SIGNALS ↓ DAILY CHECK — signals evaluated, draft posts prepared ↓ BROKER APPROVAL — exact copy reviewed before anything publishes ↓ PUBLISH — steady rhythm, no dead weeks ↓ ENGAGEMENT CAPTURE — readers who react are recorded ↓ GHL FOLLOW-UP — engaged readers enter broker-owned sequences ↓ CONVERSATION — human, always

PILOT SCOPE

This build is partially implemented and being prepared for a controlled pilot — not a finished product. What exists: the daily signal check and the engagement workflow. What remains: pilot activation gates, measured publishing cadence, and observed engagement routing.

04 — INSIDE THE SYSTEM

Two workflows. One approval gate.

The pilot’s implemented core: a daily check that prepares drafts, and the engagement workflow that routes readers. Nothing publishes without the broker’s sign-off on the exact copy.

n8n daily check: market signals evaluated and draft posts prepared

Daily Signal Check

Every day, market signals are evaluated and draft posts are prepared — angles, hooks, and talking points the broker can approve, edit, or reject. The broker never starts from a blank page.

HighLevel workflow: engaged readers enter broker-owned follow-up

Engagement Follow-Up

Readers who engage don’t evaporate — they enter broker-owned follow-up sequences in HighLevel. Attention becomes a contact with a next step, not a like that fades.

PILOT IMPLEMENTATION — WORK IN PROGRESS, NOT A FINISHED PRODUCT
05 — CAPABILITIES

What the pilot does.

Daily signal check — market moments become draft posts, not missed opportunities
Drafts prepared for the broker — approve, edit, or reject the exact copy
Nothing publishes without broker approval — the broker’s voice stays the broker’s
Engaged readers captured — a reaction becomes a record, not a memory
HighLevel follow-up sequences — broker-owned, consent-aware
Steady publishing rhythm — no more dead weeks between deals
06 — OPERATOR INTERFACE

The approval screen is the product.

Each morning the broker gets the day’s drafts — angle, hook, full copy — and approves the exact version that publishes. Approve / Edit / Reject. The pilot prepares; the broker decides. Engaged readers then appear in the HighLevel workflow above, entering follow-up the broker already owns.

PILOT INTERFACE — APPROVAL FLOW IN CONTROLLED-PILOT BUILD
07 — IMPLEMENTATION

Pilot stages, not big-bang.

StageFocusKey results
Stage 1DiagnoseVoice and audience review first: broker’s market, past content, reader base — or an audience that isn’t worth systematising, in which case there’s no sale.
Stage 2ConfigurePilot workspace prepared: signal sources set, approval flow built, HighLevel sequences drafted inactive. Existing accounts preserved — never silently replaced.
Stage 3PilotControlled pilot run: approval gates live, publishing cadence observed, engagement routing verified. Copy and consent reviewed before anything audience-facing goes live.
Stage 4MeasureHonest baselines captured, then pilot evidence snapshots: posts approved, engagement captured, conversations started. Verified, unknown, or not available — missing data never becomes zero.

VOICE PROTECTION

A broker’s reputation is their pipeline. Drafts never publish on schedule alone — the approval gate exists because one off-voice post costs more than a week of silence. In the pilot, approval behaviour itself is measured.

09 — BEFORE / WITH SYSTEM

Operating models, compared.

WITHOUT A DEFINED SYSTEM

  • Posts when there’s spare time
  • Weeks of silence between deals
  • Market moments pass uncommented
  • Engaged readers routed nowhere
  • Next deal depends on luck
  • Every post written from scratch
  • Past clients forget the broker

WITH THE PILOT

  • Drafts prepared every day
  • Steady publishing rhythm
  • Market moments become posts
  • Engagement captured and routed
  • Broker-owned follow-up sequences
  • Nothing publishes unapproved
  • Audience warms while broker works
10 — WHAT ISN’T PROVEN

No bullshit.

  • Partially implemented is not a finished product
  • An illustrative scenario is not a measured outcome
  • A prepared draft is not proof of a publishing rhythm
  • A routed reader is not proof of a funded deal
  • The pilot has not run yet — activation gates remain
  • Workflow canvases prove implementation, not audience results
11 — STACK & OWNERSHIP

Built on tools the broker already trusts.

Installed around the broker’s existing accounts — not hidden inside a Laneo black box. The broker owns their HighLevel, n8n, accounts, audience data, and business data.

n8nn8n HighLevelHighLevel
  • n8n — the workflow engine: daily signal check, draft preparation, engagement routing
  • HighLevel — the engagement CRM: reader capture, broker-owned follow-up sequences
12 — BUILD NOTES

What implementation uncovered.

  • Approval is the product, not the pipeline. Draft generation is easy; the broker trusting the drafts enough to approve daily is the actual behaviour the pilot must prove.
  • Voice boundaries come before volume. Signal sources and tone rules are configured first — a daily draft the broker would never send is worse than no draft.
  • Engagement without routing is vanity. Capturing a reaction only matters if it enters follow-up the broker owns — otherwise it’s a metric, not a pipeline.
  • Pilot gates protect the reputation. Nothing audience-facing runs until approval behaviour, consent handling, and copy quality are observed — in that order.
13 — WHAT THIS MAKES POSSIBLE

Once the rhythm holds.

When drafts arrive daily and approval takes minutes, the broker stops choosing between working deals and staying visible. Past clients hear from the broker before they need one; prospects warm on substance instead of cold outreach. None of that is a measured claim — it’s what a held rhythm allows, and the pilot exists to find out whether the rhythm holds.
